Ember&Silk Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment
confirmation.

2. Estimated Delivery Times by Country
- United States: 8–15 business days
- United Kingdom: 8–15 business days
- Canada: 10–18 business days
- Japan: 8–15 business days
- Norway: 10–20 business days

These are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, public
holidays, or exceptional circumstances (e.g., international logistics
disruptions).

3. Shipping Origin
Our products are shipped from our partner fulfillment centers in Asia.
We disclose this openly so every customer has a realistic delivery
expectation before purchasing.

4. Order Tracking
A tracking number is emailed as soon as your order ships, allowing you
to follow your package in real time.

5. Customs Duties & Taxes
Norway is outside the European Union. Import duties, VAT, or customs
clearance fees may apply upon delivery and are the responsibility of the
recipient unless stated otherwise at checkout.

6. Delayed or Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window,
contact orders@emberandsilk.co. We will investigate with the carrier and
offer a reshipment or refund if the package is confirmed lost.

7. Delivery Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping
address. Ember&Silk is not liable for delays caused by incorrect address
information.
